Andrew Pollard

Andrew serves as the Vice President of Development for Kairoi Development where he consults on and oversees construction and project management. After a distinguished, 18 year career in the UK in both development and construction management, Andrew joined Kairoi in 2019 as Construction Project Executive where he has spearheaded construction prep efforts on multiple properties. Prior to his role at Kairoi, Andrew served as Project Director at First Base, a London based developer and investor, where he was responsible for a project consisting of 1,000 units and associated community amenities, with an aggregate value of $500 million.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Brighton. When he is not overseeing development projects, he likes to spend his time traveling, exercising, playing golf, skiing and playing the guitar.
