Andrew Nahum is an associate at Ackman-Ziff, participating in the underwriting, structuring and execution of financing and investment sales transactions. Andrew’s primary expertise is in the recapitalization of major shopping center and multi-tenant assets nationwide. He has robust experience analyzing and projecting property financials and emphasizes building strong advisory relationships with his clients.

Prior to joining AZ, Andrew was a member of the structured financial consulting team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). As a Senior Associate, Andrew coordinated the structuring of multi-billion dollar mortgage derivatives and valuation of commercial properties and collateralized debt obligations on behalf of PwC clients. This experience amplified his understanding of securitization, real estate, mortgage finance and transaction life cycles from the perspective of a client advisor.

Andrew received Cum Laude honors from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While at the University, Andrew was the President of his fraternity and an undergraduate advisor in the Dean’s office of the business school.
