Bio
Andrew is the Managing Director of Development for LIV Development. He is responsible for originating and structuring new multifamily development opportunities for the company.
Prior to joining LIV, Andrew most recently worked with a large regional development company focusing on new conventional and tax credit development opportunities in multiple southeastern states. He is also a former partner of Rock Apartment Advisors where he worked for six years and was involved in over $1 Billion in apartment transactions. He has worked in the multifamily industry since 2001 with experience involving development, acquisitions, brokerage, and tax credit syndication.
Andrew graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
