Andrew Mazotti

Andrew Mazotti serves as the Director for Zapolski Real Estate. He is responsible for managing ZRE’s investment activity and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, joint-venture structuring, and debt and equity financing for the company. Since joining Zapolski Real Estate, Andrew has managed the acquisition of over $100mm in deal size and currently manages over $175mm in value-add projects. Prior to joining ZRE, Andrew was a Senior Associate for McKinley Capital Partners where he helped lead acquisitions as part of a $200mm opportunity fund with Goldman Sachs and Tricon Capital Group. Prior to McKinley CP, Andrew worked for Davies Public Affairs, a firm specializing in high stakes real estate campaigns. Andrew brings a unique background to ZRE, having been involved in real estate projects at all stages from inception to completion. Andrew joined Zapolski Real Estate in 2013 and has over 10 years of real estate experience. Andrew holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis. He currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the County of Napa.
