Bio
Andrew Mainardi, III, 65, President and Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School and The Wharton School of Business and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the collection and distribution of partnership funds, the compilation of all financial information, financing and refinancing mortgages, locating new acquisitions, and running the day-to-day affairs of the Company. After serving for many years, Mr. Mainardi recently stepped-down as a member of the Board of Trustees of Chilton Hospital’s Foundation, where he most-recently was the Chairman of the Finance and Governance Committee. At present he is the President of the Walnut Lofts Condominium Association.
