Andrew Limbocker

As Vice President of Investments, Mr. Limbocker is responsible for setting the scope and strategy of acquisition opportunities for the experiential portfolio, as well as sourcing, analyzing, and executing on those opportunities. Mr. Limbocker is primarily focused on investing in real estate that aligns with the increasing consumer preference for experiential, leisure and active lifestyle concepts.Before his appointment to Vice President of Acquisitions, Mr. Limbocker directed EPR Properties’ efforts in key dispositions and portfolio stabilizations, in addition to working on the company’s corporate debt and equity campaigns. Prior to joining EPR, Andrew worked in Beechcraft’s corporate finance group. Mr. Limbocker holds degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Kansas.
