As President and Chief Operating Officer, Andrew is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to each of Provision Living’s communities, as well as working with the company’s senior leadership team on organizational innovations and long-term goals. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, with particular success in launching businesses from startup through growth and establishment phases. Andrew’s specific areas of expertise include leadership, process and plan improvement, optimizing ROI and leveraging technology for organizational success.
