Andrew Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan is the founding principal of PacVentures, Inc. Mr. Kaplan was born in Phoenix, Arizona and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College. He received a Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Kaplan started his career as a transaction attorney and was involved in all types of real estate transactions. He is experienced in entitlement, development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real property, and is a licensed California real estate broker. In addition, Mr. Kaplan has taught Real Estate Planning as an adjunct professor at University of San Diego School of Law.
