Bio
Andy Johnson started with WPCM in June 2014. As a Managing Director, Andy identifies new opportunities, oversees and investment team, manages due diligence and develops business plans for each investment. Additionally, Andy supports the Asset Management teams with implementing business plans, developing operating budgets and managing capital improvement projects. Prior to his role with WPCM, Andy spent more than four years working for J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams where he focused on office, industrial, multifamily and retail real estate investments across the Northeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States. Andy earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics with concentrations in Finance and Statistics from St. Olaf College.
