Andrew Houston

Prior to Talos Capital Andrew was a vice president of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tri-State Capital Markets Team with over 11 years experience in industrial real estate.  Andrew’s family has been in real estate development and brokerage since arriving in the United States four generations ago.  In addition to his work at Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew is the managing principal of Houston Investments, an owner and developer of industrial real estate. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew was a vice president and principal in Cassidy Turley’s New York office specializing in industrial sales. Andrew started his career at Cassidy Turley’s Northern New Jersey Industrial project leasing group. Over Andrew’s career he has successfully completed over 140 transactions totaling just under 10 million square feet and valued at over $450 million. Andrew received his MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from the Leonard M Stern School of Business at New York University. Andrew also received a Master’s Degree with distinction in Real Estate Finance from New York University’ Schack Institute of Real Estate.
