Andrew Hitchcock specializes in industrial leasing and sales in the South Puget Sound industrial marketplace. He has an extensive understanding of the current market conditions, which enables him to negotiate the most competitive deals on behalf of his clients. Mr. Hitchcock approaches every transaction with a comprehensive analysis of his clients' business goals and uncovers real estate solutions to fit those goals.
Mr. Hitchcock's unique approach and hard work have contributed to his success, earning him recognition from clients and industry members alike. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at Grubb & Ellis and Colliers. Mr. Hitchcock has been awarded "Rookie of the Year", Top Ten Producer in the Northwest for Colliers and Colliers' International Award of Excellence in 2008 finishing #40 in the country; and Grubb & Ellis' top producer.
