Bio

Drew Green is Vice President and a member of the Greater

Philadelphia Industrial Team which serves Southeastern Pennsylvania and

Southern New Jersey. With nearly a decade of experience, Drew advises his

clients in the disposition and acquisition of warehouse, flex, manufacturing

and land assets. Drew's intimate local market knowledge combined with an in

depth understanding of the macro industrial and logistics trends has allowed

him and his team to provide best in class results for their clients. As the

Greater Philadelphia area has continued to evolve into one of the preeminent

warehouse and logistics locations due to its immediate access to a majority of

the nation's population in a day's drive, the Greater Philadelphia Industrial

Team has been able to identify both on market and off market opportunities for

their clients to take advantage of these changing dynamics.The team leverages CBRE's industry leading technology, data

and marketing in order to maintain a majority market share. Backed by the very

best resources in the industry, Drew is able to provide guidance and help

oversee projects for clients from start to finish.Data is integral for decision making purposes for his

clients, so Drew prides himself on constantly maintaining the most up to date

market intel and best in class data and this is apparent in the Market Updates

that the Greater Philadelphia Industrial Team publish on a quarterly

basis. Drew started his career at CBRE in the Research Department

where he worked with his colleagues on the statistical analysis of Great

Philadelphia commercial real estate market. Prior to CBRE, Drew attended

Connecticut College where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team and was

co-captain his senior year.
