Biography
Andrew is a commercial leasing and investment sales professional specializing in tenant representation throughout the Washington, D.C. region.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2009, Andrew has been involved in approximately 1 million square feet of tenant representation, real estate leasing, investment sales, real estate consulting and transacting. Andrew's specialty also includes owner occupied consulting, which includes acquisitions, dispositions and redevelopment opportunities. Andrew's skill set of strategy planning and financial engineering/analysis to identify creative real estate solutions can be applied across all industries and markets.
Andrew received his Master's degree from Georgetown University in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development. He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Birmingham Southern College.
Andrew's community and professional involvement includes:
Fire Fighter II / EMT with Bethesda Fire Department in Montgomery County, MD.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development (includes Fundraising) and Co-chair of the Operations Committee for the Bethesda Fire Department and was a founding member of their volunteer program.
Service on the board and as a past treasurer of the Oneness Family School, where he assisted in starting the first International Baccalaureate Montessori High School in the Mid-Atlantic and developing and executing strategic initiatives for the school.
Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council since October 2018.
Participation in the Deloitte mentor-mentee program through Georgetown in 2014.
