Bio
J. Andrew Czekaj, III is a Principal of Cambridge, with a focus on acquisitions, leasing and business development. Mr. Czekaj brings a unique perspective to the company, having worked on commercial sales transactions and tenant representation. He is responsible for a leasing portfolio containing 2.5 million square feet on behalf of institutional and high net-worth clients. Since 2007, Mr. Czekaj has participated in more than $500 million of lease and sales transactions in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. Prior to joining Cambridge, he was a partner on the Morris and McNair team at Avison Young, where he led business development efforts for the top brokerage team in the country. Mr. Czekaj generated and closed in excess of 250,000 square feet of lease transactions which included clients in regional firms, associations and national technology companies. Mr. Czekaj earned his MBA in 2007 from Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He obtained his B.S. in Political Science from Rollins College in 2005. Mr. Czekaj is a member of Real Estate Group, a member of NAIOP and the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR). He is a licensed salesperson in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.
