Bio
Andrew joined ZOM in 2011 and directs multifamily development activities in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Chicago regions. He began his real estate career in the development and construction industry in 1999 and has been involved in the origination, development, and renovation of over 5,000 multifamily units. Prior to joining ZOM Living, Andrew served as Senior Vice President of AIMCO. He was also previously Vice President of multifamily development and acquisitions for Gables Residential Trust after a six-year career at JPI. Andrew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a member of The Urban Land Institute and has served on the Maryland National Capital Builders Industry Association - DC Liaison & Multifamily Builders Committees. He also sits on the board of a regional non-profit.
