Andy Burke

Andy Burke joined Tishman Speyer in 2022 and leads Tishman Speyer’s industrial platform. In this role, Andy oversees the firm’s efforts in the industrial sector globally, focusing on acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Andy spent 14 years at Terreno Realty Corporation as an Executive Vice President. He was on the original management team who established Terreno’s national platform and took the company public in 2010. At Terreno, he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management and operations of industrial properties in New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C. Prior to his time there, Andy worked in the International Group at AMB Property Corporation, the Venture and Strategic Investments Group at Sun Microsystems, and the Private Real Estate Group at Fidelity Investments. He is a member of NAIOP and ULI. Andy holds a BA from Duke University.
