Experience– Andreis has been instrumental in the acquisition and transformation of over 35,000 units during his career that spans over a quarter century. A wide range of occupations– During his 6 years as Managing Director for All Development, Andreis created and implemented all policies, procedures, and systems while managing all aspects of operations for 5 management companies/18 properties/5,600 units. During Andreis’ 7 year tenure as Vice President for Watt Properties he was responsible for 17,800 units. He created their operations management division from the ground up to bring management in-house for 3 portfolios (multifamily, student housing, and affordable). Community Manager– As Director of Property Management for A.F. Evans, he was responsible for 22 new community lease ups, and re-positioning, rehabbing, and subsequent lease up of 16 additional communities.
