Andrea Mehlem

Andrea Mehlem joined CBRE in 2019 and currently serves as Operations Coordinator for U.S Healthcare Capital Markets (HCM) in Denver, CO. CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts) and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.

Andrea provides operations and transaction support for the team by tracking all phases of the team’s transactions from inception through closing. She is responsible for coordination of the marketing process, including the preparation of offering materials and due diligence, to ensure all deal milestones are met for error-free execution.

Ms. Mehlem was previously a Senior Marketing Coordinator with Newmark Knight Frank’s Institutional Capital Markets team in Denver. She was responsible for the coordination of all marketing materials including distribution and tracking of confidentiality agreements and offering memorandums. Ms. Mehlem also managed the online marketing site and prepared weekly marketing reports. During her tenure with the group she assisted in the successful marketing of more than $4 billion of investment sales.
