Andrea Kaich is a Director of Operations at Paramount Lodging Advisors.

Apart from completing day-to-day operational tasks, Andrea provides vital support to the PLA brokers and researches and executes PIP Estimates. She also brings a European working culture to Paramount Family.

Andrea received her master’s degree in Applied Management at Middlesex University, UK.
