After a long nursing career as a registered nurse (RN) and administrator, Ms. Pollokoff was building businesses and overseeing mobile medical units that serviced four states in the Mid-Atlantic. Her father, founder Joel D. Fedder, and husband, Robert G. Pollokoff, invited her to join the family business in 1998 where she could also apply her managerial and interpersonal skills. Ms. Pollokoff served as director of leasing for nearly 20 years and is now responsible for all aspects of the company’s office operations. Ms. Pollokoff earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Serving the Mid-Atlantic since 1972.  Fedder builds, develops, redevelops, manages and acquires income-producing commercial property in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company’s portfolio includes more than 1.8 million square feet of Maryland commercial real estate such as regional and neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings and industrial complexes.  Best known for our ability to identify and improve underperforming commercial properties, Fedder has emerged as a leader in developing value and return for its real estate and investors.
