Amy Jones

Amy Jones directs the overall management of JLB's property portfolio operations. She has over a 20 year background in the multifamily REIT environment. Her expertise includes developing long and short term strategies for the management acquisition, disposition, and development of Class A+ assets. Prior to JLB, Ms. Jones was employed as a Regional Vice President for Monogram Real Estate Trust (MORE). She was directly responsible for both boutique and national marketing initiatives, budget creation and implementation, training and development of employees, and optimization of revenue streams in multiple state markets. Ms. Jones served as Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar Investment Group during the transition period of Greystar's acquisition of Monogram. Prior to Monogram she held various leadership positions with Greystar, JPI and AMLI Residential. She holds the distinction of Faculty for the NAAEI and was named Property Manager of the Year for TAA in 2005.
