Amy Burmeister is a 20-year veteran specializing in the sale and redevelopment of income-producing properties and special urban projects. She has been involved in the sale of nearly $1.5 billion of multi-housing product and investment offerings throughout Indiana and the Midwest region. Amy leverages her financial acumen and extensive experience to advise buyers and sellers through the complete investment process, from asset analysis to best-use, value-creation and exit strategy. In addition to brokerage advisory, Amy has played a key role in the issuance of RFPs for various mixed-use development projects throughout Indiana.
