Bio
Amir Joined Beachwold Residential in 2016 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. In that role, he is responsible for the firm’s acquisition and disposition activities, including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and due diligence.
Prior to joining Beachwold, Amir was a manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led numerous projects, assisting private equity funds and corporate buyers with large-scale, complex M&A transactions. In parallel to his tenure at EY, Amir privately developed purpose-built student housing, focusing on the UT Austin market. From 2005 to 2008 Amir served in the Israel Defense Forces Intelligence Corps as a research associate.
Amir holds a B.A., magna cum laude in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel and an MBA, magna cum laude from Columbia Business School.
