Amber Coleman is a Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance division. Based in Phoenix, Ms. Coleman focuses on connecting private client investors, developers and owners of commercial properties across the country with lending options that best meet their real estate investment goals. Amber collaborates with the CBRE’s Private Client Group (DSF) to secure financing for retail, hospitality, industrial, office and multi-family asset types while leveraging close-knit relationships with national lending partners to achieve exceptional outcomes for her clients.
Before joining CBRE, Ms. Coleman completed a degree in business-law from Arizona State University and obtained her real estate license from the state of Arizona. Additionally, Ms. Coleman earned an MBA at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management
