Bio
Amber Berrios joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Capital Markets. Amber is responsible for the planning and management of the company’s debt structure, including long and short-term debt, as well as monitoring the markets for opportunities to minimize interest rate risk.
Prior to joining Majestic, she served as a Vice President with JPMorgan’s Real Estate Banking group, where she underwrote and managed a portfolio that included some of the largest real estate companies and fund managers on the West Coast.
Ms. Berrios earned a Masters of Planning with an emphasis on Economic Development and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California, as well as a Minor in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business. A member of USC’s Latino Alumni Association, she currently serves as Board Vice President of the Young Professionals Catholic Association of Latino Leaders.
