Amar Mowji

Mr. Mowji is responsible for the asset management of the Company’s real estate portfolio, with a focus on hospitality and multifamily assets. Amar also leads the renovation and capital improvement efforts for the portfolio. Prior to joining Interwest Capital, Amar worked in asset management and investment banking, focused on real estate, at the Irvine Company, Morgan Stanley (MSREF) and SilverPortal Capital. Amar commenced his career at Piper Jaffray as an analyst in the investment banking division with a focus on consumer products mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mowji is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
