Amar Goli

Amar Goli is the Managing Director for SIG’s Charlotte NC office, which recently opened on March 1, 2019. Goli focuses on the disposition of Net Leased Properties with a main focus in QSR investment properties. with clients that include build-to-suit developers, retail and restaurant franchises, private equity firms, private individuals and national retail and industrial tenants. Goli advises his clients on strategic long term holds within portfolios, new construction build-to-suit development projects, and sale/leasebacks transactions for owner/users. Goli also has a very strong track record in working with Investors looking to acquire assets, and an area of expertise for him is working with exclusive 1031 exchange buyers of all deal sizes. Goli has 14 years of commercial real estate experience. He came to SIG from CBRE, where he was a Vice President in their Los Angeles office. Prior to CBRE, he was at Stan Johnson Company in Los Angeles, PAR Commercial Brokerage in Santa Monica, and Marcus and Millichap in Washington DC.
