Amanda brings with her over 10 years of experience in urban economic development and city planning. Amanda has managed complex projects that include dozens of consultants and multi-million dollar budgets. She has a thorough understanding of federal, state and local financing tools related to real estate development, including TIF, DIF, I-Cubed, 23L, MassWorks, NMTCs and LIHTCs. Amanda has successfully worked with mayors and town administrators across the Commonwealth and has a proven ability to overcome project roadblocks by building consensus among municipalities, developers, local residents and community leaders.
