Biography
Amanda is a designated CCIM broker sought out for her expertise in investment sales, specifically for the business owner. Her accomplishments demonstrate her deep knowledge and ethical approach in the commercial real estate industry. With experience in acquisitions, sales, land and leasing, she currently focuses on assets tailored for each individual owner/user. Amanda closed $72 million in transactions during her first six years in the industry. Most recently she closed a land disposition in downtown Bellevue, Washington, a 50,000 square foot industrial acquisition in Woodinville, Washington and multiple dental facilities.
A Washington native, Amanda graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science. Early in her career, Amanda moved to England in support of her husband's professional soccer career. While abroad and without a work permit, Amanda concentrated her energy and expertise to cofound a fundraising coalition for benefit of local charities, one which gained national recognition and a visit from a member of the Royal family. Further, she participated in live radio spots for BBC Radio Berkshire and contributed a column in the Reading Post. A decade and a half later, Amanda moved back to the U.S. and began her commercial real estate career.
