Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alma represented the largest industrial owner in Southern Nevada where she was consistently recognized as best in her class. Responsible for the leasing, management, and oversight of a 3.5 MSF portfolio, Ms. Cuevas successfully negotiated over 3,000 transactions valued at $2B.
Ms. Cuevas assisted in the development of two multi-tenant industrial parks within the North Las Vegas submarket totaling 1 MSF. She works closely with local government to provide clients with various opportunities and programs available through the state's economic development agencies.
