Allen Schwartz

Allen Schwartz is a Senior Managing Director within CBRE's Global Corporate Services Division. In this role, he develops client solutions pertaining to strategic consulting, transaction and portfolio services, project management and facility management services. He has more than 20 years of industry, outsourcing and advisory experience.

Over the course of his career, Allen has provided global organizations with solutions that encompass the entire outsourcing life cycle, including: strategy and solution development for real estate and facilities management initiatives; sourcing support; implementation; and on-going supplier governance.

Prior to joining CBRE, Allen provided outsourcing advisory services as a Director for KPMG and as a Managing Director for UMS Advisory. In the latter role, he advised clients in taking over $4.0 billion of contract value spend in real estate and facilities management services to the market.
