Allan has over 25 years of experience across all aspects of real estate and has completed over $3 billion in real estate transactions. He began his career as a property manager before diversifying into acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and mortgage financing. A strong, client-centric executive with deep knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. market, Allan’s insight-based strategies consistently lead to creating value for clients.
