Alison M. Pepe is a Director at Wafra, focusing on investment acquisition, market research, financial analysis and due diligence review. Ms. Pepe joined Wafra in 2002. Ms. Pepe earned a BA from Fordham University and an MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Multi-Housing Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
