Alicia Osborne

Alicia oversees the Flaherty & Collins Properties portfolio of Affordable Communities to ensure that team members and sites are exceeding the standard of service residents and community partners have come to expect. This includes identifying operational and regulatory issues and working to resolve them in order to maximize return on investments, prevent losses, and promote positive relations with residents, investors, owners and management associates. Alicia started her career in property management as a part-time file clerk and worked her way up through the ranks, learning the business from the ground up. She enjoys mentoring individuals who have a passion for the business and loves to see people excel in their careers.
