Bio
Alice Fair is a Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan
office. An integral member of Sacha Zarba’s dynamic team, Alice focuses on
tenant representation, with a strong emphasis on tech and media clients. Valued
by her clients and team members for her drive, exceptional analytical skills
and ability to “connect the dots” to see a transaction through to its
successful completion, Alice is a true self-starter, very much attuned to the
fast pace of the tech world.
A client service-oriented professional, Alice spends much of
her time servicing the team’s existing client base and keeping abreast of
movement in the market; she is also an assertive canvasser. Her geographic
coverage includes Midtown South—particularly Flatiron, Union Square and
SoHo—and she is also expert on the Brooklyn market, bringing a wide-ranging
knowledge of neighborhoods from DUMBO to Prospect Heights, Vinegar Hill,
Williamsburg and Downtown Brooklyn.
Alice started at CBRE in 2015 in the Wheel Program, a highly
selective 14-month rotational platform designed to give selected young
professionals a well-rounded foundation in the industry. While in the program,
Alice spent time in 13 CBRE offices throughout Europe, giving her a view across
cultures and while also positioning her as a link and NYC knowledge source for
offices from Paris to Berlin to Madrid and beyond. A native of Leeds, Alice
attended the University of London, studying during her sophomore year at Robins
School of Business in Richmond, Virginia.
In 2017, Alice was featured in CBRE’s next generation
magazine, Pop, where she shared her insight into the New York market and
discussed her experience in the industry. Alice is an active member of the
Saint George’s Society, the preeminent Anglo/American social and philanthropic
group in the Tri-State area.
