Ali has over 10 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions & sourcing equity for general partnerships in the United States and Canada. A Simon Fraser University graduate with a Masters in Computing Science, Ali leads Intergulf’s corporate development activities in North America, leveraging its network of institutional investors & asset managers in sourcing equity and joint venture partnerships.

Intergulf was founded by the Faris Family, a name synonymous with real estate in Vancouver and beyond. The Faris family has called Vancouver home for more than 40 years, and in that time has developed some of the most exciting real estate in the city. Other exceptional real estate companies founded by the family include Intrawest, of Whistler Blackcomb fame, and Cascadia Homes.Our CEO and Founder, Nabih Faris, is an engineer. His background was vital in creating a company that values quality construction and ensures that our team is completely involved in every step of the development process. This is why Intergulf self performs its own construction, working directly with best-in-class designers and trades to ensure the highest quality product.

The family, now multi-generational, has taken its philosophy from Vancouver, to Alberta and the United States. Sensitive to the unique qualities of each market we work in, the family brings the same philosophy to each project.
