Ali De Oca

Ali is a Capital Markets Associate on the #2 Investment Sales and Advisory team in Los Angeles. She has over 7 years of work experience in commercial real estate at JLL and has a deep understanding of the Greater Los Angeles market. Prior to joining the Investment Sales team, Ali was Vice President of Tenant Representation at JLL. In Brokerage, she represented tenants of varying sizes from large, well-established, multi-market companies to local, high-growth start-ups, and executed more than 4M SF of lease transactions.

Ali joined JLL after graduating top of her class at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2019, Ali was nominated for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Broker of the Year award for the successful close of Bytedance's (TikTok's) U.S. Headquarters deal in Culver City.
