Bio
Al Scaramelli is based in Boston and oversees Beacon Capital Partner's facilities operations, environmental and sustainability programs. In addition, he chairs Beacon's Capital Committee and certain tenant marketing and leasing initiatives. Prior to joining Beacon in 2009, Mr. Scaramelli was President of H2O Applied Technologies, a company that designed, installed and financed energy and water conservation solutions. Previously, he was a Vice President of Development at Old State Management Corp. and Wheelabrator Technologies Inc. where he was responsible for the development of $1 billion in cogeneration facilities and other energy power plants. Mr. Scaramelli received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Master of Science and Doctoral degrees in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
