Bio
Alex Henderson specializes in delivering strategic advice and solutions to occupiers and owners of office properties throughout the Portland metropolitan region. With nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, she provides both tenant advisory and agency leasing services, working with national, regional and local companies. Her client devotion has been recognized by the Portland Business Journal, who in 2014 nominated Alex for its annual “40 under 40” award.
Alex’s substantial experience has included significant lease transactions as well as acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings. Her expansive agency experience includes the successful lease-up of projects such as AmberGlen Corporate Center, One & Three Centerpointe, and Evergreen Corporate Center. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alex was a top-producing office broker at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson for five years. Before transitioning into brokerage, she gained significant industry experience working in the Commercial Real Estate Division of U.S. Bank in Portland.
Alex received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Portland State University.
