Alexander Panzeri

Alex brings an extensive background of multi-family development and construction experience to his role as President. He is responsible for leading the Bainbridge Companies planning and execution of each new development the Company undertakes.

With over 30 years of multi-family experience managing development pursuits, due diligence, preconstruction, and execution, he has successfully delivered more than 15,000 apartments covering a broad spectrum of building types and construction methods.

Prior to joining Bainbridge, Alex served as Managing Director for Wood Partners and as Vice President of Construction for Trammell Crow Residential, Equity Residential, and ZOM Living. A graduate of the University of Bridgeport and Wentworth Institute, Civil and Highway Engineering Technology, he holds general contractor’s licenses in Florida and Tennessee.
