Alexander Erdos

Alex Erdos joined CBRE in February 2018 as a Vice President in the Midtown Manhattan office. He specializes in advising life science occupiers at every stage of their development and is adept at crafting both strategic and tactical solutions to achieve best-in-class results for his clients. Alex provides a valuable role in advising landlords on underwriting for life science users especially.

Alex's background in both commercial real estate and law has enabled him to successfully navigate complex transactions for his clients. In 2013, he was recognized as one of the Commercial Observer's "30 Under 30," joining a selected group of up-and-comers in New York's commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CBRE, Alex spent nearly two years at Transwestern, where he focused on tenant and landlord advisory in New York City.
