Alex Zaccaria is a Senior Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, where he works with the investment brokerage team providing detailed financial analyses, reports and underwriting of various asset types throughout Virginia.  Prior to joining the team in Richmond, Alex was an active duty naval officer where he served as a pilot. His real estate experience includes detailed financial analysis supporting the acquisition of multiple multifamily properties financed through both traditional and agency backed loans.
