Alex Williams is an Investment Sales Associate working out of the Tampa Office. He specializes in land sales and development throughout the state of Florida.

Alex holds a strong working knowledge of available sites as well as tenants planning to expand into the greater Tampa Bay area. He works primarily with developers and landowners to help them uncover the highest and best use for their properties, then connects the appropriate tenant to the project in order to transition their sites into income producing assets. His experience working through zoning, permitting, and all aspects of site development allow him to assist clients from the beginning to end of the project cycle.
