Alex is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is a co-leader of the firm’s national Corporate Capital Markets & Single-Tenant Net Lease group. Mr. Sharrin is a net lease expert, sitting in Chicago on a national platform of Capital Markets professionals who specialize in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of net leased retail, industrial, office and medical offices properties throughout the United States. JLL’s Net Lease Practice group offers an array of core services, including net lease disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation. In just five years of production at JLL, Alex has closed over 500 transactions totaling over $4 billion of net lease real estate.

In his current role, he has established a market setting price per square foot benchmark with the sale of RX Bar’s Corporate HQ in Chicago’s River North submarket. Alex is a private capital specialist, focusing on finding unique pockets of capital for his clients.
