Alex Kowalski

As a Financial Analyst for CBRE Hotels, Alex is actively involved in executing all aspects of investment sales process including valuing and marketing hospitality real estate transactions, financial modeling, market research and analysis, and the preparation of investment memorandums. As part of the central support team, Alex is a critical link with CBRE’s brokerage teams nationwide, aiding each team in producing accurate and efficient results for all clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Alex worked for University of Denver’s Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management as a Student Assistant Manager, where he supervised the operation of events ranging from small executive meetings to large-scale weddings, banquets as well as festivals. Alex also assisted in the creation of Mountain Crust Catering, a Denver-based food truck specializing in catering private events. Alex attended the University of Denver’s Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management, where he concentrated on Lodging Real Estate as well as Revenue Management & Analytics.
