Alex Gregoire

Alex Gregoire is a Vice President in Bellwether Enterprise’s Orange County Office. His role at Bellwether includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financial opportunities. Since 2015, he has been involved in closing over $1.7 billion worth of debt and equity with various capital sources including Life Insurance Companies, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, HUD, Commercial Banks, CMBS lenders, Debt Funds and Private Equity Firms. Transactions have included development, acquisition, bridge and permanent financings across all product types.Mr. Gregoire started his mortgage banking career in Orange County at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Newport Beach, CAAlex is a graduate of Chapman University – Argyros School of Business and Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
