Alex Furnary

Alex Furnary is an Senior Production Analyst at CBRE in the Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Group. He has been in commercial real estate since 2010 and has assisted in numerous financing transactions. His responsibilities include financial analysis, loan underwriting, creating offering memoranda, and conducting market studies. Mr. Furnary joined CBRE in 2010 as a member of the Wheel Program - a highly competitive 18-month rotational assignments program designed to give a selected group of young professionals a well-rounded foundation in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining the Wheel Program, Mr. Furnary participated in CBRE’s internship program in the summer of 2009 where he worked in Brokerage Services in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office.

Mr. Furnary attended Villanova University where he received his B.S. in Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. While there, he became Vice President of the Real Estate Society and worked to garner interest among the student body for Villanova’s new real estate program.
