Alex Ellman joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate in the company's New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the creation of financial models and marketing materials for Morris Betesh and his team for asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality in locations across the country.

Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Ellman graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he received a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Real Estate.
