Alex Boles

As Director of Investments and Development Alex is responsible for development opportunities and multifamily acquisition efforts in Phoenix and Las Vegas. His role includes sourcing investments, due diligence, acquisition, and execution of business plans through construction and financial management. He has experience in office, industrial, multifamily, and residential projects and has 8+ years of real estate investment, development, and construction management experience. His other roles include research, financial underwriting, design and construction coordination, entitlements, and dispositions.

He earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in economics from Middle Tennessee State University as well as a Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University (graduated Beta Gamma Sigma). He is involved with NAIOP and ULI. Originally from Nashville, TN, he now resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Ellen and son.
