Alex Biagioli

Alex Biagioli is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans. Alex brings over 20 years of commercial real estate loan origination and management experience to A10 Capital. Throughout his career, Alex has utilized the structured finance skills he developed as part of the fixed income division of Salomon Smith Barney to identify and manage risk and provide creative solutions to complex commercial real estate financing opportunities. Prior to joining A10, Alex was an executive director at JP Morgan Chase & Co. where he received the prestigious President's Club award for leading the number one east coast production team. Alex previously was a senior vice president at Santander Bank where he was responsible for managing the large loan origination group for Santander Real Estate Capital. Prior to Santander, Alex was a senior vice president at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate where he co-managed the New York City office origination staff for the Countrywide Commercial CMBS program.
